Refund policy
Hello there! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund within the 5 days you received your order.
We may or may not take a restocking fee based on the quality of the return. If we do then the restocking fee is 25%.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the delivery date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
Before returning an item, please notify us you will be returning a product.
To return an item, you should place it inside its original packaging and mail it back to the address that it was sent.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return and notify us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the item's condition, we will process your return.
If the product is in good shape and has no issues then there will be no restocking fee.
If the product is worse than before we shipped it then there will be a restocking fee of 25%.
Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Depending on your company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Please contact us at the contact details below for defective or damaged products ASAP to arrange a refund or exchange. There will be no restocking fee.
We do inspect our products before shipping but we still are human.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we don't accept exchanges at all.
There are a few exceptions but please contact us through email.
We can do exchanges for the same products that arrived damaged or defective.
